1. Why Do People Order Checks Online?

People order online for many reasons, but mostly we have heard the following:

Convenience - Online orders can be placed anytime.  You are not restricted to banking hours!

 

2. What do I need to order checks?

Please have a check (not a deposit slip) in front of you for reference while ordering. Your check information MUST match the records on file at your financial institution. All orders are subject to verification. Please review all information you have entered, double-checking against the information on your existing checks. For your security, if the information you have provided is not accurate, the processing of your order will be delayed.

 

3. Don't I have to order from my bank?

You can order checks anywhere you choose. Our checks are convenient to order, meet all bank requirements, and are typically priced significantly lower than most banks.

 

4. How long does it take to get my checks?

For most orders, processing time takes between 1-5 business days. After processing your order will be shipped via the shipping method you chose when you placed your order. Below is an estimate only:

Overnight/Next Day Delivery - 3 to 5 business days
2nd Day Delivery - 5 to 7 business days
Secure Track Trackable Delivery - 7 to 9 business days
Non-Trackable Delivery - Slowest and least secure method. 10-20 business days

 

5. Are the colors on the web site accurate?

Product images on this site are representational only. We make every effort to represent the images as accurately as possible. However, the actual color of the product you receive may differ slightly from the color perceived on your computer.

Online Ordering

 

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express for orders placed through our ordering system. If you order by credit card, we will authorize your card for the purchase amount.

 

2. How do I reorder checks online?

You can reorder your checks by logging into your account and visiting the order history section. Choose the item you want to reorder and during the checkout process, you can update or change any information that is needed for the new order.

 

3. Is ordering online secure and safe?

Ordering your checks online is as safe as ordering from your bank. Your bank does not print their checks. In fact, they contract with a large national printer who will print your checks and then mail the order to you. With both methods, your checks are sent to you through the mail.

The security measures utilized by our site is state-of-the-art. To maintain the integrity of information exchanged through our online order systems, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order so it can be decoded only by our server. Think of how often you have left the check on a restaurant's table. Many times your name, credit card number and expiration date are in plain view. When ordering checks online, you can rest assured the information you transmit is seen only by us.

 

4. Why were my checks lighter in color than I expected?

5. Did the order I just placed go through?

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provided. If you do not, it is possible that the e-mail address was entered incorrectly, your email system is blocking email from us, or that your order was not received. 1. Will my entire order ship with the same delivery?

In most cases, your entire order will ship with the same delivery. However, some products ship from different manufacturing facilities so some items could arrive at different times.

 

2. What do I do if I need to return my checks?

If you have problems with your order and need to return your checks or any product, please contact our sales department at 888-666-2719. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you with your order and/or returns.
