This fees and credit policy applies to the Checks Superstore website located at www.checks-superstore.com, and all associated sites linked to www.checks-superstore.com
by Vision Intersoft, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (those
sites, the “Site”). The Site is owned by Vision Intersoft, Inc.
(“Vision Intersoft”). The Fees and Credit Policy also incorporates by
reference the Privacy Policy, the User Agreement and the Terms and
Conditions of Use also available at the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU
AGREE TO THIS FEES AND CREDIT POLICY. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED
BY THIS SITE IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE FEES AND CREDIT POLICY.
Vision
Intersoft reserves the right, to change, modify, add or remove portions
of this fees and credit policy, at any time and at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for periodically reviewing the fees and credit
policy for changes. By continuing to use the Site, you accept any
changes at the time they are implemented.
Posted Prices
All posted prices on the Site are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Vision
Intersoft’s goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with all customer
purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered
because of missing or damaged items, you must notify Customer Service of
the issue and request a replacement product. You will receive further
instructions from Customer Service.
Refunds
Under
certain limited circumstances, Vision Intersoft may refund the purchase
price or a portion of the purchase price for Services or Products
purchased from the Site.
It
is your responsibility to promptly inform Vision Intersoft that you are
canceling a purchase according to the terms of this Section. Vision
Intersoft is not required to accommodate Customers who attempt to cancel
a purchase or request refunds if the provisions of this Section are not
followed.
Customers
must notify Vision Intersoft in writing of a cancellation within 24
hours of a purchase through the Site. If such timely notification is
given, Vision Intersoft will void, reverse, or credit the charges on
such purchase.
IF YOU DO NOT GIVE NOTICE WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON.
Service Modification
In
an ongoing effort to provide better service Vision Intersoft may, from
time to time, modify the products and services offered through the Site.
You are not entitled to a refund because of such a modification.
Affiliate or Third Party Access
If
you use the Site through an Affiliate Publisher or Third Party, your
only recourse is through that party. You will not receive any refund
from Vision Intersoft.
Cancellation Policy
You
may cancel your order at any time and for any reason. Your refund
requests relating to cancellation must be made in writing within 24
hours of the cancelled service. All refunds will be governed by the refund policy above.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
All
ordered products will be shipped within five (5) business days of the
order. All shipping costs are listed at the time of purchase. Vision
Intersoft works with multiple shipping carriers to provide you with a
broad range of shipping options. Expedited shipping options are
available for rush deliveries. Please contact Customer Service
immediately if you have special shipping requests. If your order is
delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Violations
Please report any violation of this Fees and Credit Policy to Vision Intersoft.
